Terra Echo Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Plumb desktop application ("Software"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Software accesses, what information we collect through our website and store, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

The short version: Plumb analyzes your audio entirely on your computer. Your audio files, measurements, and reports never leave your device. We collect very little information and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Information the Plumb Application Accesses

Audio Files

Plumb reads audio files that you explicitly select and open within the application. These files are analyzed entirely on your local machine and are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or accessed by any server operated by us or any third party. Reports and exports you create are written to the location on your local machine that you choose.

We have no access to your audio files, your measurements, or your reports at any time.

Local Application Data

The application stores the following data locally on your machine only:

Layout and preferences — your module arrangement, hidden modules, and custom workspace presets, stored locally so your setup persists between launches. This data never leaves your device.

No Network Activity

Plumb makes no network requests during installation or use. It is fully self-contained, requires no account, and operates entirely offline.

No Telemetry, Analytics, or Crash Reporting

The Software does not collect or transmit:

Usage analytics or telemetry of any kind
Crash reports or error logs
Performance metrics
Information about files you analyze
Any behavioral or usage data

We simply do not know how you use the application, and we designed it that way intentionally.

3. Information We Collect Through Our Website

Plumb is sold through Gumroad, Inc. ("Gumroad"), a third-party e-commerce platform. When you purchase Plumb:

We receive from Gumroad only your email address and purchase confirmation, which we use to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

Local application data — This lives on your machine. You can delete it at any time by removing the application and its associated data from your system.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited personal information we hold:

Customer email addresses from Gumroad are stored in secure systems with access limited to authorized personnel only.
We do not store payment card information.
All data transmitted between you and our website uses HTTPS encryption.
